Split JavaScript library so that the renderer can be consumed by other modules

Problem/Motivation

The JavaScript Library used by revision graph consists of two part.
- A Drupal Behaviour and application specific logic very specific to the module
- A Rendering library that can be possibly re-used by other modules

It would be nice to split the library into two, so that other modules can consume the Rendering library without inheriting the Business logic of Revision Graph.
