Offer to co-maintain / issue fork for updated version

Problem/Motivation

We have the need for this module's functionality— getting the IP address of anonymous visitors submitting content.

Would you accept me as a co-maintainer?

Proposed resolution

I'll be using this issue fork to bring in the RTBC patches and make further improvements as needed.
