Queue not found: az_blob_fs_images_pregenerator

Problem/Motivation

You can configure to warm the image styles via the queue, but the queue plugin is missing.

Steps to reproduce

On /admin/config/media/azure-blob-file-system configure some image styles to be generated by the queue. Add an image and run drush queue:run az_blob_fs_images_pregenerator. You will get an error: "Queue not found: az_blob_fs_images_pregenerator".

Proposed resolution

Add the queue plugin.
