Problem/Motivation

Drupal 10.2 is EOL and doesn't receive security updates anymore.

Yesterday a security announcement was made

Since we still support Open Social 12, we should make it secure.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

We are working on support Core 10.3 but this is not ready yet, so for now add a patch for minimal impact.
