Problem/Motivation

When field type is added to content type a licence is displayed whether one is selected or not.

Steps to reproduce

Add field type to content type and publish content.

Proposed resolution

Do not display any licence if none is selected.

Thank you. While testing the MR I hit a new issue. While using the License only option the default prefix text is not displayed. Instead a duplicate link to the license is in it's place.
