Add missing Drupal core dependencies

Problem/Motivation

The module depends on fields types provided by options and file core modules but a dependency on these is not defined.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install a clean Drupal installation using the minimal profile.
2. Download the viewer module and try to install it.

Proposed resolution

Add proper definitions in the .info.yml file of this module.
