Media library widget as target not working

Problem/Motivation

When a field has a field state with as target a media field (With the media library widget). The state does not work when a media item is selected.

Steps to reproduce

Add a field (select in my case).
Add a media field with the media library widget.
Add a field state on the first field with as target the media field and as type "filled".
Test the field state by adding a media item, the field does not appear.

Proposed resolution

Fix the issue so that the field state works when a media item is added.
