Dropbutton element not looking so great in Page Data / Component Instance forms

postponed on 📌 Create a test module that adds color, machine name, and dropbutton elements to the props form Active - this creates a test module that adds a dropbutton to the component instance form.

Currently categorized as stable blocker but if there's reason to believe dropbuttons are unlikely to get much use in either form perhaps it can have a lower priority.

Not sure what the use case for this is; i.e. why would someone place a dropbutton in their component instance form (or entity form to that matter)? I think it's fine to implement support for this post-Stable if there are edge cases where this is useful.
