Add a "Sort by" option to the Filters block

Problem/Motivation

It would be good to add a "Sort by" option to the Filters block, but make displaying it optional.

It should be represented as a "Sort by" dropdown with options:

Name ▲
Name ▼
Price ▲
Price ▼
