While Drupal core still ships with all multilingual modules and features, it is somehow hidden in Drupal CMS, which currently looks mostly a single-language-English-only system.
We want to make visible that Drupal core multilingual features and provide some quick and easy way to set up a basic multilingual site.
We'd also like to have some quick-to-install multilingual site option for the development and testing of other language-related features.
Create a recipe that will install a full multilingual site with all the language related modules and options enabled.
While many different user stories for multilingual sites are possible, the more straightforward and useful option to create first will be a 'full multilingual / everything is translatable / all multilingual modules enabled' site.
Other recipes can be built later provided we have all the different modules and building blocks working for this 'general' use case.
Possibly we need to find a way for the recipe to take some 'language' parameters in order to choose which languages to enable.
The recipe will be available for now only on the 'Recommended add-ons' page after installation of Drupal CMS.
