chore: Rework Filters to pass the facet value only once to the url

Problem/Motivation

Now url contains the facet value twice, like this:

?facets[variants.attributes.designer.label][Aereonautica+Militare]=Aereonautica+Militare

but better to have
?facets[variants.attributes.designer.label][]=Aereonautica+Militare

to shorten the url and not face the url length limit problems with multiple facets.
