chore: Get rid of custom field `commercetools_customer_id` in the User entity

Problem/Motivation

We need to rework the custom user field `commercetools_customer_id` to store the customer id in the cache and remove the field. No migration is needed.

Also, in the scope of this task - optimize the function CommercetoolsCarts::getCurrentCart() to get the $customerId only after checking if $cartId is empty, to not spend time on this operation if we have the cart id. And please review other functions there to get rid of unnecessary calls and increase the performance.
