Add an option "In Stock" to the Filters block

Problem/Motivation

We need to add a new option "In stock" to the Filters block, and add a configuration option to hide it (show by default).

Do this for both - coupled and decoupled.

Together with this - rework the smoke test "Add to cart" action by searching the products in stock instead of clicking on the product with hardcoded cardInStockIndex = 4.
