Replace the default edit form if XB is enabled for an entity

Overview

One of the issues with LB is the disconnect between the Layout and Edit tabs.
I.e. you edit parts of the entity in two different places.
XB thankfully has both in the same place
So we should be able to take over the edit route for an entity and send them direct to experience builder.
This will work nicely with things like operations links in /admin/content

Proposed resolution

Take over regular edit form if XB is enabled

User interface changes
