It is currently not possible to modify the Xliff `trans-unit` element without duplication or unnecessary complications. For example, add `context-group` and `context` elements to provide translators with contextual information, such as URLs and screenshots.
Add a `hook_tmgmt_file_trans_unit_alter` alter hook so that other modules can easily make modifications.
