Intermittent failure occur in solr indexing

We have around 600,000 data entries for indexing and are encountering an intermittent error: "couldn't create a batch, check the batch size and limit parameters."

We are getting this error while running the Drush command:

drush search-api:index --batch-size=500

Please suggest for the same.
