System cron is failing due to deadlock issue

All support for Drupal 9 ended on 01 Nov 2023, so bug requests for it are not accepted. Look into setting the MySQL transaction isolation level → as that may help.

The Drupal Core issue queue is not the ideal place for support requests. The 'support request' option is there for filing support issues for contributed modules and themes. Thanks
