Add buttons Column or Row not working

For the sake of completeness and in addition to the above: I use Drupal 11.1.3 and the theme is Gin 4.0.6. The module has also been removed and reinstalled after the error was discovered with the same result.

The problem occurs in Drupal 11 when using the replace method in #ajax.
The attached patch provides a fix.
