chore: Format test assets metadata as multiline YAML to simplify reviewing

Problem/Motivation

Now, all stored GraphQL requests in tests assets are formatted as a long single-line JSON, that is not very convenient to review.

Proposed resolution

Would be great to format them as multiline formatted GraphQL requests.
