paragraph content does not pick up Single Directory Components

Problem/Motivation

Using a theme that uses Single Directory Components (SDC) (*in core 10.3) button or link component is not picked up when button or link is present within wysiwyg text.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable SDC
2. Create a SDC component in theme for link and button.
3. Add styles for both components.
4. Enter content within a wysiwyg that has a link or button that has a styled class from above components

Component and related css in the component directory is never picked up.
