Editor Advanced Image dialog form with enabled attributes not working as expected

Problem/Motivation

I have 2 problems when using the Editor Advanced Image dialog to assign classes to images.

Problem 1:
Cannot remove class from an image when class value has been previously set for that image in dialog. Same for setting ID or Title for image.

Problem 2:
Cannot change the class of an image once the class has been set.

Steps to reproduce

Problem 1 reproduce:
Step 1: Upload image, set class "class-a" for image and save content.
Step 2: Edit content, edit image set class to blank, save dialog and save content
=> The Image class remains "class-a".

Problem 2 reproduce:
Step 1: Upload image, set class "class-b" for image and save content.
Step 2: Edit content, change the image class from "class-b" to "class-c", save dialog and save content.
=> The image class is changed to "class-b class-c".
