Inherit parent create() instance

Problem/Motivation

The base AI Provider class has the ability to pass configuration options at instantiation with change 🐛 cURL Timeout and Deprecated Function Error When Using AI Translate Submodule Active , however the Provider in this module overrides the parent create() method so it never gets called. The parent needs to be called to fully inherit the base class func.
