Remove dependency to contrib CKEDITOR

Problem/Motivation

CKEditor5 was released and intregrated to core >= 9.5 and CKeditor4 was moved to a contrib module.
As Pagedesigner use CKEDITOR as resource, the CKeditor4 contrib module was added as dependency.

In the context of the CKEDITOR5 upgrade, this dependency should be removed.
