Consider providing ability to generate image on "Edit" media as well

Problem/Motivation

We can generate an image with AI on the media add form only /media/add.
Do not have this feature available on the media Edit form.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to /media/add/image
2. Select image source as "Generate image with AI"
3. Enter prompt say "Drupal image"
4. Save the media.
5. Edit the media and there is no way to generate it using AI once again

Proposed resolution

Provide the same configurations on the media edit page, as the media add page.
