logo.png not being displayed in proyect browser module

I'll have to do the commit in the default branch (8.x-1.x-dev) and I don't have permissions to change the default branch, sorry for that.

I also edited the Summary in the project's page so it will fit in the project browser. I'll mark this as "Fixed", but if this is still ocurring, we might to reopen this.
