Exclude user defined nodes

1. Enable exclusion of user defined articles
2. Create an article node and enable title exclusion
3. Verify title is excluded on node view page
4. Create another article node
5. Verify that title is not excluded on node view page
6. Create a page node
7. Verify that title is not excluded on node view page

1. Enable exclusion of user defined articles for the Full content view mode
2. Create an article node
3. Verify title is excluded on node view page
