The current user interface for creating reviews has language more appropriate for an admin facing form.
Since these are base fields the labels and descriptions cannot be edited in the UI without additional modules or not well known manual config overrides.
Examples:
Labels:
"Published as" instead of "Display name"
"Description" instead of "Review"
"Rating value" instead of "Rating"
Descriptions:
"Title or summary of the product review." instead of "A short sentence summarizing your overall impression of the product."
"Write a review here." instead of "Describe your experience with this product."
"The rating value." instead of "Rate the product with one being not recommended and five being highly recommended."
Additonally the page title is "Review product {product label}". There should be some delimiter between the product label and "Review product" to make it more readable.
Change the language of the customer facing base fields and title generator.

Added a semicolon to the form title so it's now "Review product: Product Name"
