This is a duplicate of 🐛 Trash link is a 404 on install because no entity types are enabled Active and is fixed in the next release.
/admin/content/trash route Not Found after a fresh install of Drupal CMS
mkdir drupal_cms2
cd drupal_cms2
ddev init
ddev config
ddev composer create-project drupal/cms
./launch-drupal-cms.sh
Installed through installer, then clicked on Tab "Trash" and then "Page not found"
