I am building a new PASC module for Drupal CMS or Drupal 11 based on https://www.drupal.org/project/pasc/issues/3512043 📌 Move to Performance and Sustainability Checklist Active
I'm going to put in the MR here and I will be outlining the approach I have used. This is a stub though until I upload the code.
@the_g_bomb made some keen observations that I will be looking into. I am trying to see that Tugboat is included so that it will be easier for folks to evaluate.
In anycase, I look forward to hearing your feedback to the code (when I post it).
