I have built a module that is based on many of the same ideas as the Performance and Scalability Checklist, but is geared to Performance and Sustainability. I built this for Drupal CMS, leveraging ChatGPT (it has been years since I wrote a module).
I'd love feedback on it, but I'd also like to see if folks would be open to shifting the name.
I want to point folks to the Web Sustainability Guidelines, and give additional resources on how to implement it:
