Combine SDDS recipes and add core dependencies

Problem/Motivation

We added recipes for default content yesterday and split them out only to workaround an XB bug.

But, @phenaproxima explained we have a way to manually get around the bug by manually editing the default content yml files.

He also explained we are missing some core recipes in our recipes that we depend on:

  • core/recipes/basic_block_type
  • core/recipes/basic_html_format_editor
  • core/recipes/full_html_format_editor

This went unnoticed as SDDS recipes were tested with vanilla D11 and standard profile which already uses those core recipes.

Proposed resolution

Consolidate the SDDS recipes into one and add the core recipe dependencies.
