To continue to align with industry security practices, Worldpay has implemented infrastructure improvements to maintain Payment Card Industry (PCI) security compliance. These changes will impact all Paymetric products and services. The changes are outlined below with links to additional information related action items required in your environments:
Worldpay will discontinue support of TLS 1.1. Moving forward, only TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 will be supported
NTLM authentication will no longer be supported for the XiPay service. Only WSS authentication will be supported going forward
We will be updating all product and service URLs to the โworldpay.comโ domain. These URLs are behind the Akamai Web Application Firewall (WAF) to maintain industry security standards. The change in urls will require firewall and CA Certificate changes
For SAP merchants, a new PAS version 2.11.1 is required to comply with the above changes. All older versions of PAS will NOT work in the new infrastructure
All merchants need to make appropriate changes in their environments to comply with these new improvements by March 31, 2025. After this date, the old URLs will no longer work. Please reach out to the Paymetric Support team or Professional Services team if you are in a project with them to facilitate your compliance.
We'll need to update those urls from paymetric.com to worldpay.com
