As a side note, this project is covered by security advisory policy. Project moderators do not add as maintainer, co-maintainer, or project owner somebody who cannot opt projects into security advisory coverage. Moving this issue to the Drupal.org project ownership queue will just have the effect to make this issue moved back to this issue queue.
