Implement embeddingsVectorSize

Problem/Motivation

Since we do not know the embeddings size and since this inherits from OpenAI that has fixed sizes, we need to implement embeddingsVectorSize and use the traits backup solution for it, where it tries to create an vector and count.

Proposed resolution

Implement embeddingsVectorSize and inherit it from the EmbeddingsTrait.
