Change default cookie expiration from 365 days to 182 days to comply with CNIL recommendations

Problem/Motivation

The CNIL recommends that cookies have a lifespan of less than 6 months to better protect user privacy. Currently, module sets the default expiration time for cookies to 365 days, which exceeds this recommendation.

Proposed resolution

I propose changing the default cookie expiration time from 365 days to 182 days, in line with CNIL guidelines. This change should apply to all cookies related to user consent and tracking.
