I am sorry for the issue you are facing.
I have tried to reproduce the issue on a Drupal 10.4.4 site but cannot find the issue.I have shared the screenshot while logged in as Admin.
New comment tag shows in most of the Drupal themes, even the default ones. Tara theme doesn't have that. Not even Tara Pro has that.
A ticket on the Drupar website, after buying TaraPro doesn't get any response even though they advertise a response within a day.
