Develop IXP Best Practices Documentation (for IXPs - employees)

Initial content can come from:

• 📌 Gather feedback from people who started as Inexperienced Developers Active
• Anecdotal information provided by recently new Drupal developers regarding good experiences during their first paid gig.

I'm also thinking that this section can contain advice about things an IXP can do during their first engagement to succeed. Feedback welcome below.
