Re-test Quant module on Drupal CMS dev

It's looking pretty good.

There's the known "issue" that you can't use the exposed filters on the blog page. This is the case for any view with exposed filters as they need to be handled differently.

And these two:

1. The one may be how the link is added in Drupal CMS:

🐛 Drupal CMS feed link doesn't sync to Quant Active

2. This one is probably unrelated to Drupal CMS though maybe a Drupal 11 thing:

🐛 Service "quant.queue_factory" not found for queue_service_quant_seed_worker Active

These don't block closing this issue and neither are that big of a deal.
