Fix SparqlConnectionTrait

Problem/Motivation

After latest release, failures started to pop up in different components over testing pipelines.
After update to D11 the trait was modified and a vital function was removed.

Steps to reproduce

Sparql endpoint error will appear due to missing configs in the settings file written by the trait.

Proposed resolution

This function is important for D10, so it has to be restored.
