Uri rewritting is wrong if the styled URL already contains a style

Problem/Motivation

The Twig extension of the styled url wrongly rewrite the URL of an image if it already contains a style.

Steps to reproduce

Open pagedesigner editor, add a component using the responsive image, upload an image and save it.

Proposed resolution

Refactor the method to properly rewrite the url in all cases.
