Improve color-handling, including for grouped maps

Problem/Motivation

Color handling isn't great yet, especially for Maps that have applied the Grouping option.

Steps to reproduce

Add a taxonomy term field to your entity. Group by that field. Note that the color does not respect the selections.

Proposed resolution

Apply the patch.

Remaining tasks

I have identified a bug in how the Charts module handled grouping of a single-axis chart type. I will need to fix that within Charts before the legend in Charts Highcharts Maps appropriately reflects the grouped colors and identifies them correctly.

User interface changes

  • colorAxis only applies for non-grouped charts
  • added colorAxis => minColor as '#ffffff' and maxColor as the select color in the "Provides Data" form item
  • the hover color stays the color selected in the "Provides Data" form item, but the front-facing color is no longer blue and is instead the selected color
