Ability to sync/copy event information from Drupal.org Community Events

Problem/Motivation

Once Member Platform provides the ability to create an event, a Member Platform instance will be yet another place for a Drupal event organizer to promote their event. We should:

• Minimize the effort for organizers
• Encourage the use of Drupal.org Community Events → (which can link to the event on the Member Platform instance)

Proposed resolution

When creating/editing an event, provide a way for the user to provide a URL (e.g. https://www.drupal.org/community/events/austin-drupal-meetup-march-2025-2025-03-11 → ) to an event listed in Drupal.org's Community Events section, which should result in the relevant fields being copied from that event.

Ideally, there would be a mechanism to keep the Member Platform event updated when changes are made to the event on Drupal.org.

There might be use cases for overriding specific fields.
