Divide by zero error with SVG image.

Problem/Motivation

When using 'Easy Responsive Images' as an image formatter and uploading an SVG image, there may be no height or width to calculate an aspect ratio. A divide by zero error ensues.

Proposed resolution

Check for null values and use "1" as an aspect ratio for a sane value.

Might be a duplicate of 🐛 DivisionByZeroError when calculating aspect ratio of missing image Active , which has been committed but not released. Could you check if the MR in that issue fixes the problem?
