Incompatibility with Layout Builder Modal

Problem/Motivation

We get an error after installing Layout Builder Modal. The error is trying to call getRegions() on string. The module is expecting LayoutDefinitions to be an object but it has been converted to a string in basicLayouts.php

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

- Remove line 75 from BasicLayouts.php
- Set. the class in the twing files to use $layout_id instead of $layout
