Add configuration and edit items to local taswk menu

Problem/Motivation

I would like to have a local task menu access from the Entityqueue configure page and edit items page. As a content editor I would be much better to have easy access to all the configuration pages for the Entityqueue. A good example of a similar functionality is the local menu on taxonomies.

Steps to reproduce

1. You need at least have create an entity queue
2. Go to Structure > Entityqueue and select edit for one of the entity queues
3. Editor should have here access to Manage Fields, Manage Form Display and Mange Display from here as well as the configuration page

Proposed resolution

As a content editor I would like to have a local menu per entity queue with the following links

• Configure
• Edit items list
• Manage Fields
• Manage Form Display
• Manage Display
