Domain menu links settings page is broken in Core version 11.x

Steps to reproduce

Try access the module admin page: admin/config/domain/domain_menu_links/settings

ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function Drupal\Core\Form\ConfigFormBase::__construct(), 1 passed in /var/www/html/modules/contrib/domain_menu_links/src/Form/DomainMenuLinksSettingsForm.php on line 39 and exactly 2 expected in Drupal\Core\Form\ConfigFormBase->__construct() (line 44 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Form/ConfigFormBase.php).
