In Gin (and possibly other themes), the selected view (list or grid) is not highlighted on page load

On further investigation, this is probably a Gin bug. I can switch between different modes no problem, but unfocusing both buttons will make both of them lose highlight/focus styling. Maybe intentional, maybe not, but it doesn't happen in Claro.

So I suspect this is just a Gin decision or bug, but also probably something we can fix once 📌 Move the Project browser specific styling from gin theme to project browser's scope. Active is in, if we so desire. Postponing on that.
