[5.0.x-alpha2] Use Icon API and UI Icons in Alert component

Problem/Motivation

Icons are hardcoded in twig template.

Proposed resolution

Instead, use prop in YML definition as for example we did for Button component.
Then:

• use icon function in twig
• update all story files
