I have a question in regards to sending limits. Many shared servers have hourly email sending limits (500 emails per hour).
I would like to use mass contact but i have over 700 users on a site. I would like to send them a mass email but configure it so that it sends 100 emails per hour or per cron run.
How could this be achieved? Would we need to alter the module or would this need to be configured elsewhere?
