Problem/Motivation

BAT_API has a dependencz on services module [ https://www.drupal.org/project/services] → , which is being stopped

... development has mostly stopped ....

Proposed resolution

Replace service module with Drupal core JSON:API or RESTful Web services modules.

before dependency is removed you can:

* download services tarball into /modules/custom
* edit .info.yml with Drupal 11 support

Basic features are working and bat_api can produce event lists

as temporary workaround:
* download services tarball into /modules/custom
* use patch above to update services/services.info.yml for Drupal 11
